Never hearing about and no idea how I got it. I did read it and very much so enjoyed it. I then sent for my 12 free copies to give to people I know would get something from this book to help them get through their trying times. It has been many many weeks and I still have not received the books. Could you please advise what the waiting period is to receive the books.
